Ambulance Victoria (AV) lacked a framework that leaders could use when considering and measuring their personal wellbeing, while promoting conversations about wellbeing with their teams.

Bunch partnered with AV’s Organisational Development team to design an interactive wellbeing learning program for leaders that focussed on three pillars — Self, Others, Together.

Developing the Leading Wellbeing Learning Experience required effort to create wellbeing-related content specific to the context of AV’s industry and organisation, while integrating best practice principles. Over 10 senior stakeholders across the organisation were consulted, resulting in the development of a practical full day learning program, which will be deployed to over 700 leaders across AV’s corporate and operational functions.
