Sustainability is currently a hot topic for organisations and their people. We challenged the team at Kmart to start a conversation about sustainability with team members located in stores, distribution centres and corporate offices across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

  • Five hero videos and three supporting pieces of video content.
  • Comprehensive leader briefing pack with ideas on how to activate content with teams.
  • Three live broadcast sessions over Teams.
  • Card deck of 26 postcard-sized fun facts, myths and stats about sustainability at Kmart.
  • Waste and recycling quiz.
  • Poster and sticker series presenting key information and featuring QR codes linking to additional content.
  • Digital assets such as Teams/Zoom backgrounds, screen savers, LinkedIn posts and digital tiles for intranet articles.
  • As Sustainability Week is set to become and annual event, capturing data and feedback was critical to evolving and improving the week. Engagement with sustainability week was extremely high
