When global health and nutrition company, H&H Group acquired Swisse, it created uncertainty for their workers. 

To truly understand the beliefs of 4,000 team members we used a multitude of engaging surveys and interviews and conducted focus groups to gather data and insights.

These powerful insights then helped us develop five shared values and behaviours to unite a disparate workforces behind the new culture and vision, shared through:

  • An innovative six-week program and unexpected activations at multiple sites in seven countries – think tai chi sessions and pedal powered smoothie bikes
  • A global digital launch in Mandarin, French and English

Team members felt a strong sense of connection, inclusion and enthusiastically engaged in the launch globally.
