When H&H Group acquired Swisse, it created uncertainty for workers. We used a multitude of engaging surveys, interviews and focus groups to understand the beliefs of 4,000 H&H Group members.

These powerful insights then helped us develop five shared values and behaviours to unite disparate workforces behind the new culture and vision, shared through:

  • An innovative six-week program and unexpected activations at multiple sites in seven countries
  • A global digital launch in Mandarin, French and English

Team members felt a strong sense of inclusion and enthusiastically engaged in the launch globally.
