    External Stakeholder Launch

    Impact

    Zero disruption to ops

    The Challenge

Airservices Australia was launching the ADO Portal - a new digital platform for airlines, airports, wind farms and other airspace users to report their aeronautical data. The new system represented a fundamentally different way of working for these external stakeholders. Insufficient change management would risk adoption failure, data quality issues and significant disruption to critical airspace operations.

    Our Approach

Through stakeholder workshops, we found that users were experienced professionals with limited bandwidth who needed to quickly understand the new process and build personal capability without lengthy training. The change narrative needed to frame the portal as a genuine improvement, and learning materials needed to be concise, practical and immediately applicable.

    What We Delivered

    • Stakeholder workshops to uncover opportunities, challenges and adoption risks
    • Development of an ADO Portal change narrative framing the case for change clearly and compellingly
    • An integrated learning program designed to be quickly understood by busy stakeholders
    • A suite of eLearning modules, job aids and support resources enabling confident self-service
