Themed, 'A Fearless Future' the conference aimed to reconnect team members and instil a sense of confidence and courage in the journey ahead.
The creative was a clean, modern and aspirational direction, to inspire and motivate the organisation. A dark and moody colour palette was a distinct shift from their brand colours to set an elevated tone for the prestigious event. This evolution to the brand ensured positive cut-through with the internal audience, and set the scene for the conference.
