Our approach began with developing a solution tailored to enhance the employee experience when exploring their career pathways. The goal was to ensure that information was easily accessible, relevant to their function, and highlighted opportunities for horizontal or vertical movement.  

We collaborated with the client to understand the six leadership and capability levels within the organisation and the existing career movement behaviours. Our recommendation was to centralise all career-related information on the intranet, enabling employees to easily navigate and initiate their career development.

Nutrien Ag Solutions engaged Bunch to create a compelling EVP to help attract and retain the right talent.  

We co-created the EVP with a broad cross-section of the Nutrien workforce by identifying what matters most to people. Then we crafted the insights into simple but impactful communication assets with compelling copy, and distinctive design, ready for roll out across the organisation and externally.
