Bunch partnered with CPA to design and deliver CPA Play, an immersive experience focused on fostering unity, camaraderie, and high levels of employee engagement.

Inspired by the spirit of the Olympics, the event brought over 350 employees together to connect physically, embrace creativity, and immerse themselves in the benefits of in-person collaboration.

Bunch managed the end-to-end event production, including venue coordination, registration, and on-site logistics.

We delivered:

Event Identity and Theming: Developed a unique, playful Olympics-inspired identity that infused the event with energy and excitement.

Activity Design and Execution: Curated and facilitated engaging team-based activities such as No Rhythm Gymnastics, Paper Javelin, and Mathletics, designed to foster teamwork and fun.

Immersive Experiences: Included mindfulness coaching sessions to enhance focus and Song Division-led workshops to create a unifying anthem.

Closing Celebration: Produced a vibrant closing ceremony with a highlights reel and live performance of the collaboratively written CPA anthem.
